¼ cup kosher salt<br />
3 tbsp onion powder<br />
½ cup paprika<br />
1 cup sugar</p>
<p><strong>Directions</strong><br />
Combine all the ingredients and rub the mixture generously on your chosen meat. Coat with plastic wrap and follow with foil and store on the refrigerator overnight. Before you smoke it, allow it to cool down to room temperature. Just remember not to set the temperature too high or the sugar will burn.</p>
